I graduated from the McTimoney Chiropractic College in 1995, and have been practicing in  Loughton ever since. I am a member of the McTimoney Chiropractic Association and registered with the General Chiropractic Council. I believe in, the holistic, whole body approach to healing, as well as treating the cause of the problem rather than just the symptoms.

McTimoney Chiropractic is a highly effective treatment that helps reduce back pain, sciatica and several other conditions. The clinics I practice from are based in Loughton and Walthamstow.  Also covering the areas of Buckhurst Hill, Theydon Bois, Chingford, Epping and Woodford.

What Is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a primary Health care profession.

The World Federation Chiropractic (WFC) states: "Chiropractic is a health profession concerned with the diagnosis. treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and the effects of these disorders on the function of the nervous system and general health. There is an emphasis on manual treatment including spinal adjustment and other joint and soft-tissue manipulation.

McTimoney Chiropractors do not use medicines or surgery and the gentle manual approaches we use are extremely safe and comfortable to receive.

Chiropractors focus on the spine and the neuro-musculoskeleletal system and conditions effecting these areas. Patients undergoing Chiropractic care often report benefits from:

Back Pain

Sciatica

Joint Pain

Migraine Prevention

Generalised aches and pains

Cramp

Mechanical Neck Pain (as opposed to neck pain following injury ie whiplash)

Minor Sports Injuries

Cervicogenic Headaches (arising from the neck)

Lumbago

Muscle Spasms
